2. Data we process
- Data you provide through the contact/appointment form and the assistant: name, phone, email and your preferences (type of transaction, time slot, etc.).
- Communications you have with us via WhatsApp, phone or email.
- Browsing: this site does not use its own tracking cookies or analytics tools. It loads fonts from Google Fonts (Google LLC may receive your IP address when serving the fonts) and offers links to WhatsApp and external property portals, which have their own policies.
3. Purposes
To handle your enquiries and requests; manage viewings and appointments; provide and perform our real-estate services; and comply with legal obligations, including those on the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing applicable to real-estate agencies.
4. Legal basis
The consent you give when contacting us; pre-contractual measures and performance of the contract; and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Retention period
We keep your data for the duration of the relationship and, afterwards, for the legally required periods (for example, those arising from anti-money-laundering rules).
6. Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties, except where legally required or necessary to provide the service (for example, advisers, notaries, financial institutions or public authorities), always under a duty of confidentiality.
7. International transfers
The use of Google Fonts may involve the processing of your IP address by Google LLC. You can prevent this by blocking web fonts in your browser settings.
8. Your rights
Under Law 29/2021, of 28 October, on the protection of personal data (LQPD), you may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent. To do so, write to direccio@immocortals.com stating the right you wish to exercise. You may also lodge a complaint with the Andorran Data Protection Agency (APDA · www.apda.ad).
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.

We may update this policy; the version in force will be the one published on this page.
